1. Introduction

Welcome to LICIYO! We provide fast and reliable home delivery service, right to your doorstep. Whether you’re craving delicious non-vegetarian dishes like chicken, mutton, and fish, or healthy vegetarian options such as paneer and fresh vegetables, you’ll find everything on our menu! In addition, we also offer roti, chapati, tandoori roti, and rice.

2. Eligibility


> Users must be at least 18 years old.


A valid mobile number and Name are required to create an account.

3. Product Safety


> All products are prepared under FSSAI License.


🚫 Health Advisory:


Do not store Cooked meat Like, Chicken Goat Mutton/eggs above 4°C.


Cook thoroughly before consumption.

4. Payment Policy


> All prices are inclusive of GST.


Accepted payment methods include:


Debit/Credit Cards


UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)


Net Banking


Wallets


COD (Cash on Delivery)




⚠️ COD Misuse Policy:


If a customer cancels 3 COD orders at the time of delivery:


Their COD option will be permanently disabled.


Future orders will be accepted on a prepaid basis only.

5. Order Management

Order confirmation will be sent via SMS or Email.


Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.


LICIYO may reject orders that show suspicious or fraudulent activity.

6. Delivery Timeline


> Estimated time: 20–45 minutes (depends on location, traffic, and weather).


Possible delay reasons:


Heavy rain, traffic jams, vehicle issues.



In such cases, the rider will inform you via call/app notification.

7. Return/Refund Policy


> Eligible conditions:


Spoiled (damaged) products.


Wrong/incomplete order.



Process:


Raise a complaint within 24 hours via app/email.


Photo/Video proof is mandatory.


After verification, refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

8. Customer Responsibilities


> Provide accurate delivery address and mobile number.


Avoid unnecessary cancellations.



🛑 Account Suspension Policy (Play Store/Apple Compliant):


In case of fraud/policy violation:


First violation: Notification via Email/SMS.


Second violation: 30-day temporary suspension.


Third violation: Permanent account termination.

9. Force Majeure


> LICIYO is not liable in the following scenarios:


Floods, earthquakes, heavy rain, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.


Wrong details provided by the customer.

10. Legal Provisions


> Intellectual Property: Copying LICIYO’s logo/content is strictly prohibited.


Data Collection: User's location, contact, and payment data is collected as per our Privacy Policy. 


Policy Changes: Updated T&Cs are deemed accepted once published on the website/app.


Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the courts in Mumbai.

Users may contact the Grievance Officer regarding any complaints, concerns, or queries related to personal data, order-related issues, or policy matters. All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 business days, in accordance with applicable legal requirements
