ZC Graphy – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
"ZC Graphy" provides professional photography and videography services.
ZC Graphy allows you to capture reliable quality and memorable experiences. We conduct photo and video shoots for weddings, birthdays, events, maternity shoots, new baby shoots, vehicle delivery shoots, and other special occasions.
✔️ Consent: By using the App/Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which are in compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store guidelines.
2. Eligibility
The user must be at least 18 years of age.
A valid mobile number and name are required to book a service.
3. Nature of Service
ZC Graphy does not sell any kind of Physical Product.
We only provide "On-Demand" photography and videography services.
The customer decides the schedule of their event/function, and we provide the service at that specific time.
4. Payment Policy
All prices are inclusive of GST.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Debit/Credit Card
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Net Banking
Wallets
COD (Cash on Delivery)
5. Order Management
Upon booking a service, the customer will receive a confirmation via SMS/Notification stating that the order has been confirmed.
A 10% advance payment is mandatory at the time of booking the service.
The customer can cancel their booking up to 3 days before the scheduled function.
If the cancellation is made at least 3 days prior to the function, a 100% refund of the advance payment will be granted.
Refund Timeline: Once the refund process is initiated, the amount will be credited to the customer's Original Payment Source within 5 to 7 Working Days.
6. Delivery Timeline
Since we do not sell physical products, the delivery time depends on the specific date and time of the customer’s function.
Our team will be present at the date and time designated by the customer to provide the service.
The timeline for the Digital Delivery of photos/videos (after the editing process) will be communicated to the customer following the conclusion of the function.
7. Return/Refund Policy
Full Refund (100% Refund): A full refund of the advance amount will be issued only if the cancellation occurs at least 3 days before the function begins. This refund will be reflected in your account within 5 to 7 working days.
No Refund: If the cancellation is made within 3 days of the function (Last Minute), the advance amount will not be refunded.
Post-Service: No refund will be available once the service has been completed (Service Fulfilled).
8. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate details regarding the function's date, time, and location.
Avoid unnecessary cancellations.
Cooperate during the service to ensure the shoot proceeds smoothly.
The customer ensures that no objectionable, obscene, or illegal content is uploaded to the App.
9. Force Majeure
ZC Graphy shall not be liable for delays or cancellations of service in the following situations:
Natural Disasters (Floods, Earthquakes, Heavy Rain).
Technical failures or Server downtime.
Government restrictions or Lockdowns.
Incorrect details provided by the customer.
10. Legal Provisions
Intellectual Property: Copying ZC Graphy's logo, branding, or content is strictly prohibited.
Data Collection: User location, contact, and payment data are collected securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Policy Changes: Updated Terms and Conditions are considered effective immediately upon publication on the Website/App.
Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai (India).
11. Account Deletion & Data Safety
Account Deletion: In compliance with Google Play policies, users may request to delete their account and associated data at any time.
Users can select the 'Delete Account' option in the App Settings menu or send a request to us at zcgraphy@gmail.com
Upon receiving the request, all user data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 90 days (except for data required to be retained for legal reasons, such as invoices).
12. Additional Provisions
By using the Website/App, you confirm that you will adhere to these rules.
Users agree not to misuse the Website/App (e.g., introducing viruses).
Attempting unauthorized access to servers, databases, or any part of the site is prohibited.
Efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of service descriptions, images, prices, and availability, but we do not guarantee that all details are completely error-free.
We are not responsible for any indirect losses; our liability is limited to the price of the service only.
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
