At ZC Graphy, we are not only committed to preserving your memories, but we also ensure that your transaction experience is secure, transparent, and hassle-free. Below are the details of our payment process and regulations.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
To ensure convenient transactions, we accept several secure payment methods:
UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.
Debit and Credit Cards: All major bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, etc.).
Net Banking: Via major Indian banks.
Wallets: Various digital wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select services.
2. Booking & Advance Payment
Since we are an "On-Demand" service provider, we must adhere to the following rules to secure your slot:
10% Advance Mandatory: To book any service (Wedding, Birthday, Event Shoot, etc.), a 10% advance payment of the total amount is mandatory.
Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving the 10% amount, and you will be sent a confirmation via SMS/Notification.
Remaining Payment: The remaining amount must be paid at the time of providing the service or before that, as per the determined conditions.
3. Pricing & Taxes
GST Included: Goods and Services Tax (GST) is already included in the prices of all our services.
No Hidden Charges: We believe in transparency. The price or quotation shown on the Website/App is the final price.
4. Payment Security
Your financial security is our top priority:
Secure Gateway: We use trusted and certified payment gateways like Razorpay to process transactions.
Data Protection: ZC Graphy does not store any sensitive financial information such as your card number, PIN, or CVV.
Encryption: All transactions are processed through secure encrypted connections (SSL).
5. Refund & Cancellation Payment Rules
If you cancel your booking, the refund of your advance payment amount will depend on the following conditions:
Cancellation 3 Days Prior: If you cancel the booking at least 3 days (72 hours) before the function date, you will be given a 100% refund.
Last-Minute Cancellation: If cancelled within 3 days of the function, the advance amount (10%) will not be refunded.
Post-Service: Once the service (Photography/Videography) is completed, no refund will be given as we do not sell physical products.
6. Refund Process
Timeline: Approved refund requests will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
Source of Payment: The refund amount will be credited back to the same medium (Original Payment Source) used at the time of booking (e.g., Bank Account, UPI, or Card).
7. Technical Failure & Exceptions (Force Majeure)
If a payment fails or the service has to be cancelled due to any technical issue, server downtime, or inability to provide service on the part of ZC Graphy, the customer will be given a 100% refund or the service will be rescheduled based on mutual agreement.
