LICIYO Payment Policy


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following modes of payment for your convenience:

- ๐Ÿ“ฑ UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) 

- ๐Ÿฆ Net Banking 

- ๐Ÿ’ผ Wallets

> All digital payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.


2. ๐Ÿ•‘ Timing & Payment Rules


- ๐Ÿ”น All orders must be prepaid at checkout, unless the Cash on Delivery (COD) option is selected. 


3.Confirmation & Communication

- โœ… On successful payment, customers will receive a confirmation via SMS/email with Order ID, payment amount, and expected delivery time.



4. โœ… When Is a Refund Applicable?


- If your order contains any incorrect, missing, or damaged items, a full refund will be issued (with valid proof such as photos or videos). 

- Refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 working days. 

- If a customer experiences duplicate payment deduction, an appropriate review will be conducted and a refund will be initiated accordingly.

When Can an Order Be Cancelled?- Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are marked as delivered. Once the order is marked as delivered, returns are not applicable, as our productsโ€”such as Cooked chicken, mutton, eggs, and ready-to-eat mealsโ€”are highly perishable.- If a customer wishes to cancel after placing the order, they must contact our customer care team before the order is marked as delivered to request cancellation.

- In certain cases, transaction or processing fees may be deducted from the refund โ€” especially when bank or gateway charges are applicable. 

- Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during checkout. 

- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after collecting account details from the customer.


5. Payment Failures

- ๐Ÿ’ฅ If your transaction fails, retry is allowed or you may choose a different method.

- ๐Ÿ“ฉ In case of double deduction or technical errors, contact our support immediately.


6. ๐ŸŽ Offers & Discounts


- ๐ŸŽŸ Promo codes can be applied at checkout. Each offer will clearly mention the minimum order amount, validity period, and any additional terms. 

- ๐Ÿ”’ All offers are non-transferable and, unless specifically stated, cannot be combined with other promotions.

- All our products and orders include GST and packaging charges upfront โ€” customers wonโ€™t see any unexpected fees at final checkout.

- A delivery fee applies to orders below โ‚น99. 

- Once your order is โ‚น99 or above, delivery is absolutely free ๐ŸŽ‰ 

- Customers are clearly shown this information before checkout to avoid any surprises.

9. Data Security

- We do not store customer payment credentials.

Users may contact the Grievance Officer regarding any complaints, concerns, or queries related to personal data, order-related issues, or policy matters. All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 business days, in accordance with applicable legal requirements
