Shipping & Delivery Policy – ZC Graphy

At ZC Graphy, we value transparency and punctuality. Since we are a service-based platform, our delivery policy differs from the traditional shipping of physical products (such as clothes or gadgets). Our process is outlined below:
1. Nature of Service
No Physical Shipping: As mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, ZC Graphy does not sell or ship any kind of physical products (such as photo frames, printed albums, or hard copies) via courier.
Digital and On-Site Service: We exclusively provide "On-Demand" photography and videography services. Our "Delivery" occurs in two stages: (1) Provision of service at the location and (2) Digital delivery of edited data.
2. Service Delivery (On-Site)
Arrival at Location: The first stage of "Delivery" is the arrival of our team at the venue booked by you.
Delivery Address: The "Delivery Address" provided by you at the time of booking is the location where our team will arrive for the shoot. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address and location details are accurate.
Timing: Our team will be present at the venue on the date and time designated by you.
3. Digital Delivery (Photos/Videos)
After the shoot is completed, the delivery of final photos and videos will be entirely digital:
Mode of Delivery: All edited photos and videos will be provided to you via secure cloud links, email, or through the ZC Graphy App/Website.
Download: Customers can download their high-quality (HQ) memories through these links.
Shipping Charges: Since the delivery is digital, there are no shipping charges for receiving the photos/videos.
4. Delivery Timelines
Since every event and editing requirement is unique, timelines may vary:
Schedule: The exact time required for the editing and final delivery of photos and videos will be communicated to the customer after the conclusion of the event or shoot.
Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, slight delays may occur due to technical reasons or high workloads (Peak Season).
5. Delivery Area
Service Area: Our photography team travels to provide services within Mumbai and surrounding specified areas (as agreed upon during booking).
Digital Access: The digital delivery links for edited photos/videos can be accessed from anywhere in the world.
6. Lost or Corrupt Files
We use secure servers and backups for data safety. Once the delivery link is received, customers are advised to download and secure their data immediately.
Data may be removed from our servers after the stipulated time (6 months, as per our Data Retention Policy).
