Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Zones
LICIYO operates through multiple stores. Therefore, fixed zones or pin codes are not listed. Each store strives to deliver within a 5 km radius—typically completing orders within 20-45minutes.
2. Delivery Time & Slots
Our goal is a swift 20-45 -minute delivery, but delays may occur due to traffic, bike malfunction, or manpower shortage. Store hours: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM daily.
3. Shipping Charges
For orders below ₹99, a flat ₹30 delivery fee is charged. GST and packaging costs are already included in the product price.
4. Packaging & Handling
LICIYO does not charge separate handling fees. Packaging costs are factored into the listed product price.
5. Delays & Exceptions
Rain, bike issues, or staffing problems may cause delivery delays. In such cases, our rider will proactively inform customers via phone call.
6. Failed Delivery
We make only one delivery attempt per order.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, our executive will call the customer to assist with fulfillment.
- If the customer answers the call, we make efforts to complete the delivery
- If the customer does not respond, and cannot be reached—the order is automatically canceled
In such cases:
- The customer will receive a full refund
- To receive the items again, the customer will need to place a new order
If the customer is unavailable or doesn't respond, the order may be marked “failed delivery.” No redelivery attempt will be made. Customers must place a new order. Online payments will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

Users may contact the Grievance Officer regarding any complaints, concerns, or queries related to personal data, order-related issues, or policy matters. All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 business days, in accordance with applicable legal requirements
