​ZC Graphy – Return & Refund Policy

​At ZC Graphy, we are committed to providing the best photography and videography services to our clients. Since we are a service-based business, our refund and cancellation policy operates under the following terms:

​1. Advance Booking Payment

  • ​To book any shoot or event, an advance payment of 10% of the total amount is mandatory.

  • ​This amount is collected to confirm your slot and reserve our professional resources for your specific date.

​2. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation 3 Days Prior: If you cancel your booking at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled function or event date, 100% of your advance payment will be refunded.

  • Last-Minute Cancellation: If you cancel within 3 days of the function start date, the advance payment will not be refunded. This amount is retained to compensate for the lost booking slot.

​3. Post-Service Refund

  • ​Once the photography/videography service has been provided (i.e., the shoot is completed), no refunds will be available under any circumstances.

  • ​As we do not sell physical products (such as frames or physical albums), a "Product Return" policy does not apply. Our service is limited to digital delivery and on-site professional labor.

​4. Refund Process

  • ​Eligible refund requests will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after approval.

  • ​The refund will be credited back via the Original Payment Method used during the transaction (e.g., UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Bank Transfer).

​5. Exceptional Cases (Force Majeure)

  • ​If ZC Graphy is unable to provide the service due to technical issues or unavoidable reasons on our part, we will provide a 100% refund to the customer or reschedule the event based on mutual agreement.

  • ​In case of natural disasters (floods, heavy rain, etc.), the decision regarding a refund or rescheduling will be made through mutual discussion between both parties.
