1. Eligibility for Return

LICIYO currently delivers only highly perishable products such as

LICIYO brings you trusted quality and effortless delivery of the following fresh essentials:

Welcome to LICIYO! We provide fast and reliable home delivery service, right to your doorstep. Whether you’re craving delicious non-vegetarian dishes like chicken, mutton, and fish, or healthy vegetarian options such as paneer and fresh vegetables, you’ll find everything on our menu! In addition, we also offer roti, chapati, tandoori roti, and rice.

Due to the delicate nature of these items, returns are not allowed once the delivery is completed.

📦 When the delivery agent arrives at your address:

- Please inspect the package carefully. 

- Make sure the product is properly sealed and in good condition.

🚫 If you notice any issue, you may refuse to accept the order. In such cases, the delivery agent will take the product back.

✅ Once the order is marked as “Delivered,” it cannot be returned under any circumstances

2. Refund Policy

If the customer has made an online payment and refuses the order at the time of delivery, a full refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

If the order was placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) and the customer declines to accept the delivery:

- No payment is required from the customer.

- No refund will be applicable either.

3. Customer Instructions

If the order has any issues such as packaging defects, broken seals, or concerns about food quality, please do not argue or engage in any physical altercation with the delivery agent. Maintain calm and respectful communication.

📌 Important Note

While inspecting the product, do not tear, open, or damage the packaging. If the packaging is damaged, the order will be considered non-returnable.

4. Notice an Issue After Delivery? Let Us Know Right Away!

If you spot any problem with your order—such as:

- Spoilage in Cooked chicken, Cooked mutton, Cooked Veg Food, Veg & Non-Veg Ready to eat meals or eggs.

- Unusual smell or presence of insects 

- Quantity being less than expected
