- The gravy uses tomato puree, cream, spices and sometimes cashew paste. 

- The chicken is marinated beforehand and cooked in a tandoor or grill, giving it a great flavour and texture. 

- The dish is usually served with naan, roti or basmati rice. 

- Also available as ready-to-eat, ready-to-cook or as a masala mix.
